Registration


Kindly ensure that you finalise your online registration by providing the necessary information at: https://stpaulusmusicschool.mymusicstaff.com/ under the registration tab. 

For returning students, it is mandatory to complete the registration process at the beginning of each new year.

Please ensure that your contact details are updated on the system. 

Online completion of the registration is essential, and this, as well as the registration fee of R320 per student, must be settled before the commencement of the first lesson.

It is crucial to recognize that the registration form serves as a formal agreement between the parent/guardian and the music school, constituting a legally binding contract between these parties.


Payments


A once-off registration fee of R320 is applicable for 2024. 

No lessons can commence until this fee has been settled and the online registration is completed.

Please use the invoice number as a reference. 


Lesson fees, amounting to R220 per lesson, are to be paid in advance and should be settled before the 30th of each month. An invoice indicating the total lessons will be sent via email the week before the relevant month. 

All invoices are to be paid into the St Paulus Music school account and not into the school’s account. 

Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of lessons until payment is received. Regular failure to make payments may result in permanent suspension.
